Antioxidant Rich Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
- Purple Root Juice
- 1 carrot - 1 beetroot (cooked) - 1 apple - 1 handful of spinach - Small piece of ginger - Squeeze of lime or lemon - 1 tbsp ground flaxseed - 200ml water
Method:
Wash and peel fruit and vegetables if necessary.
Add all ingredients to blend or food processor and blend until smooth and contains no lumps.
