A few years back I decided after a career break from IT to retrain and become a nutritional therapist. I did this because I saw the difference nutrient dense foods made to my poor gut health, hormonal imbalances, and constant craving for sugar and carbs. I can't believe how much more energy I have, how less moody I am, how it has improved my perimenopausal symptoms, and how much more focused I am.


As a result of this and of helping people regain control of their health over the last few years I just want to help as many people as I possibly can. As 1-2-1 is expensive I have now decided to launch a new monthly programme called Nourish and Thrive 3-6-5.


This has 3 aspects to it.
  1. Nourish your body - nourishing our body is about putting the right macro nutrients, like carbs (fruit, veg and complex carbs), fats and proteins so that we get balance that helps maintain a healthy weight, keeps our hormonal system healthy, improves our energy levels, and helps maintain good sleep.

  2. Nourish your gut - nourishing our gut is about feeding our gut the right foods that will help keep not only our gut free from undesirable symptoms but creates a thriving gut microbiome which we now know from research will encourage good bacteria to thrive. When our gut thrives we have clearer skin, better brain function, our immune system is stronger and our mood improves.

  3. Nourish your mind - nourishing our mind is about creating new pathways in our brain that lead to being more focused and helps us to create great habits that will lead to healthier brain function.


Who is it for?


It's for busy women 40+ like me, who value their health and want support, guidance and encouragement to create healthy habits around food that will last through the perimenopause years and beyond, so they stay young, active and enjoy life.


The programme will teach you the value of good nutrition and help you to want to make great choices around your food intake.



What does the Nourish and Thrive 3-6-5 programme involve?


- Accountability - to keep you focused and enjoying eat nutritious, delicious food that keep you full, energised and nourished.


- Support group so you don't feel alone but have other wonderful ladies, like yourself spurring you on.


- Simple tasks to help you find your way, set your goals, and stay on track.


- Downloadable meal plans, with shopping list and recipes.


- It will contain a 5 week programme to help you create healthy habits (this is a freebie).


- A monthly webinar, either about nutrition, coaching/support, or mindset/support.


- Fortnightly Q&As.


- And lots of themes including sleep, skin, brain, gut health, etc, etc.


This would normally cost £32 per month but until 20th May I am offering it for £20.

  • vegetarian recipes - yes

  • vegan recipes - yes

  • dairy free recipes - yes

  • gluten free recipes - yes

Does it mean I can't ever eat cake or crisps again. Nope, but it will help you see that kind of food as a treat which you can enjoy now and again rather than as every day snacks.


The programme is about balance. I will teach you how to get a 80%/20% balance in your eating habits. 80% of the time eating foods that nourish your body, gut and mind and 20% enjoying treats and sweet things without feeling guilty.
