5 Day Mindful Eating Challenge

Updated: Aug 24, 2022

Do you munch your way through a bar of chocolate and then feel disappointed that you didn't even give yourself the opportunity to enjoy it?! I know I have done that!!

Do you run around ragged and stuff a sandwich into your mouth without even taking the time to sit and eat properly.

Do you binge eat? Rush down your food without chewing properly or are too distracted by what's going on around you to even notice what you are eating?

If YES, to any of the above, it's time to learn how to eat mindfully. This 5 day challenge is all about getting you to slow down and eat with attention and intention.

This challenge is designed for busy women who want to nourish their body and their mind without overeating. It will help you see your eating habits and recognise behaviours that are not beneficial to you or your body. You will acheive a sense of control which will help you recognise when you are full so that you can make the decision to stop eating. This can be life changing, as this can improve your digestive symptoms, help you feel relaxed and be in control around food, and it will help you take back control of your eating habits.

On the programme you will:

  • learn to eat mindfully

  • notice when you eat, why you eat and how you eat

  • learn to read your body

  • and how to calm the inner chatter

There will be a Facebook group opening in early September for you to join and follow the challenge. Each day there will be videos and posts for you to keep involved and accountable.

You will also receive my lovely mindful eating journal for free, that you can use throughout the challenge to journal your experiences. It's is packed with helpful information and gives you direction and tips on mindful eating.

If you are ready to take your eating experience to a whole new level and what to have more enjoyment and pleasure around food and take control of what goes into your tum, then sign up below.
