Boost Your Immune System Part 2 – Antioxidants and Fibre

Antioxidants and fibre are found in mainly plant based foods and are essential for good gut health and immunity. Good gut health is really crucial for immunity as 70% of our immune system is in our gut. Never has it been more important than now to have good immunity. To reduce our risk of severe symptoms from coronavirus we need to keep both our gut and immune health in good condition.


If you are interested in improving your immune and gut health you may find my new programme being launched in September 2020 a good way to do that. As a qualified Nutritionist I aim to create a group for women to support their overall health to help them to thrive in a world that we barely struggle to exist in.
