Tip Top Tums

Updated: Sep 24, 2020

There is so much scientific research which is showing that our gut health is fundamental to our overall health.

If our gut health is not in good condition we will feel the consequences of that somewhere in our body.

Each of us are genetically unique which means that our health issues will manifested in different ways. For some with an imbalanced or damaged gut it will result in embarrassing gut symptoms, for others the consequences can be much worse and result in autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes type 1, thyroid disease and so on. Others experience problems with weight, obesity, diabetes type 2 or cardiovascular disease.

We can protect ourselves from many health issues just by looking after gut health.  As a Nutritionist my goal is to help as many people do just that. Whether you have an existing health issue or whether you want to prevent a health issue, Tip Top Tums is the group for you. To join, simply click the link and answer the questions.

I look forward to seeing you in the group.

Have a great day,

Marie Jarvis, Nutritional Therapist / Nutritionist, BANT
